Browsing through shoes for my last post (see below), I came across a Daily News article regarding the stunning Manolos seen in the recent SATC Movie. Apparently these blue satin shoes, which were made specifically for the flick, are going to be available to the public on June 9 for $885. However, they will only be at the Manolo Blahnik store in New York. If only I had an extra G and lived in New York...
What's your opinion? Are you going to go with the Manolos, or do Dior?
While on the topic, let's discuss the Extreme Dior Gladiator Platforms. I, personally, think they are atrocious. It seems like I am alone in this feeling though. From what I've come across, most bloggers think they're fantastic.

i love the Manolos! They look fab, but that's too bad that they're only going to sell them in New York! If only they would sell them in Tokyo!

ReplyDeleteOoOo those Manolos are to die for!! I would wear those in a second. Although I love Dior, I do not love those shoes! They don't look feminine enough for me, plus they would just attract more attention to my cankles.

ReplyDeleteI like the Manolo's but the Gladiators I like MORE! I admit normally I never ever go for chunky shoes, but I guess that's why I really want to get in on the gladiator trend: to change things up a bit. The Manolo's look nice.. but just a bit "been there done that for less" in my opinion compared to the Dior.
