Life's a Beach

Since my trip to Huntington Beach on Monday, I have been fantasizing about owning a beach home. I mean, sand, surf, and sunsets fading behind the Pacific Ocean - that's a pretty amazing setting if you ask me. In the words of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, "The sun may rise in the east but it settles in a better location." And that's not to offend my east coast readers because I'd love a quaint beach home in New England as well. Hey, I don't discriminate ;)

So appropriately, my subject for Oh, How Pinteresting is beach homes. Check these beauties out!

Thanks to Michelle of The Vintage Apple for hosting this fun weekly link up! You should def join in on the party and friend me on Pinterest.

And I am participating in another exciting link up today! The fun and fabulous Christianna of The Girl With the Blue Bow just started a weekly blog hop called What the Hell Wednesday. Fun right? So here's what's on my mind...rude drivers. If I am courteous and you show up to the McDonald's drive-thru (don't judge, the coffees are good and cheap) after me and I wave you on and let you go ahead of me, say thank you! It's not tough, you just stick your ungrateful hand up and wave! UGH!

What do you need to get off your chest? It'll make you feel better, I promise! Link up over at The Girl With the Blue Bow!

  3. I've always wanted to own a home at the beach, even if it's the size of a shack. Just be that close to the sand, sun and sunsets is so amazing.

I loathe rude drivers and would have been pretty peeved about that too.

  10. I JUST left another comment on a blog..saying I feel really lucky to own a nice home just 3 miles from the jersey beaches...BUT it would be SO NICE to hit the mega million and own a beachhouse literally ON the beach..like step out of my back porch onto the sand...sigh.

  24. Great beach houses! I envy for one in Cape Cod, MA. I hate rude drivers also! Is it really that hard to put up your hand in appreciation (this goes for pedestrians who walk across the street too) or to put on your stinking signal? Really people.

    Eternally yours,
