Once Upon a Kate Spade...

I have a bit of a fairytale to share with you all and it begins with a simple online order placed at KateSpade.com...

For my friend's birthday I decided to get her a pair of classic Kate Spade Signature Spade Studs. Yeah, I know I am an amazing friend ;) So I place the order and go about my business. Then the package arrives a week later - a rather large package for a pair of earrings.

Wait - what? I've received TWO boxes?


I open the little box first and find the cute earrings I ordered.


Then I open the mystery box and birds started singing when I saw this beauty.


A Mikas Pond Lacey wallet in gold...wait I didn't order this! I check the invoice, no wallet is listed, only earrings.


Lots of storage and compartments. One of which contained the $175 price tag! I do a double check of the invoice, still no wallet listed.


Right about now the warm fuzzy feeling settled in.


And she lived happily ever after.

Um has this ever happened to anyone else? Is this a gift since for my first-time online order?!

    Nice wallet. I've never heard of that before. The nicest thing I've ever gotten for ordering online was free shipping. Lol. Go figure.

    Haha, that's awesome that a wallet came with it too! It once happened to me when I ordered from Urban Outfitters & a top I didn't order came with my package. It was a shipping error, but I didn't complain haha.

    Color me completely jealous! I love Kate Spade and I love that wallet. I’ve wanted to get one of those for awhile, but could not justify the splurge (funny how I’ll do it on purses but not wallets). Someone at the warehouse must have made a big mistake and in your favor! That is super duper awesome and I hope you enjoy your new and lovely wallet.

    Nice wallet. You totally lucked out. Last year I bought a Cole Haan bag and later when I got home to add all my purse contents in it, I found a $48 keychain in the side pocket. Bonus for me!
