After a few weeks of planning, this Saturday we pulled off a great surprise party for my friend/sorority big sis! She lives in Vegas so me and a few of her friends loaded into a car, drove to her place and waited there while her sister got her out of the house for a few hours.
When she walked in and saw her friends and family there she was completely surprised! It was pretty awesome. We spent the rest of the day and night celebrating.

Sounds like an awesome weekend! I can't help but to think some sort of drinking game went on with the cups in the pyramid like that (beer pong will always have a soft spot in my heart from college, haha!)
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great time!
How fun that your friend was so surprised?! Seriously, that's got to be so fun. I've never had a surprise party but would probably pee in my pants and be scared shitless if I walked into a room and had people screaming at me.
ReplyDeleteWhat happens in Vegas gets posted to your blog. Love it! Looks like you had such a great weekend.
What a fun weekend!! Love those cupcakes and the cake "saying" is too funny!!

That's an awesome surprise! To have out of town friends randomly show up in your house would be the best! I wish I lived a short car ride from Las Vegas. But I guess it could kind of be bad news too...
ReplyDeleteThat's SO fun that you went and surprised your friend! I love the picture of the balloons. It's frame-worthy. And the "bitches love cake" picture is hilarious. I want it to be on the front of a greeting card. Glad you had such a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteHave a happy Monday :)
Aww how sweet! I pulled off a surprise party for my bro this weekend :)
ReplyDeleteHow fun! I've always wanted someone to throw me a surprise party but I'm kind of a control freak so I would probably get annoyed because I wouldn't be wearing what I wanted, etc. Looks like you guys had a great time though! Love that balloon picture.. so cool!

Girl I am SO jealous of you! You live in SoCal - which is like heaven on earth! I'd be whipping over to Anaheim on the fly just to watch as many Angels games as possible! and you can just zip on over to Vegas! I'm so envious!!! What a special surprise you threw your friend! That will be a birthday she'll never forget! Your pics are SO pretty! I'll take a glass of that strawberry bubbly and a cupcake please...no matter that it's a Monday morning!
