Because of all that stress, I gladly stayed at home this weekend, only leaving my apartment to take the dog to a dog park and go grocery shopping. It was great. In addition, I also got closer to finalizing an Australia itinerary!
I'm heading "down under" for three weeks - two for work and one on my own. I'll have two days in Melbourne and three in Sydney. Not enough! Here's what I've narrowed it down to so far:
Phillip's Island to see penguins in the wild, Gaol (an old prison) for a ghost tour, a scenic trip on Great Ocean Road, and the architecture of the city. I have to decide between the penguins and costal drive still.
The sights of Sydney including The Opera House, famous surfing beaches Manly and Bondi, and a full day experiencing the nature of the Blue Mountains.
Hopefully I'll book the tours today or tomorrow! I can't wait to get everything set in stone.
What did you do this weekend? Link up with my co-hosts Sami of Sami's Shenanigans, Dana of five30three, and me and tell us all about it. We just ask that you follow these rules:
1. Blog about your weekend.
