This Weekend in Hollywood...

Aside from finding out my credit card info was stolen and used recently (I won't get into that), it was a pretty low-key but good weekend. I went shopping and picked up goodies from Forever 21 and Bath & Body Works...because nothing relieves the stress of some stranger charging hundreds of dollars fraudulently on your credit card than spending your own money.

Sunday night I went to Kate's (of Nautical By Nature) for her annual Oscar party. Although I live a block from the theater where the Oscars were held, and work on the same street, just buildings away, I've never been to see the red carpet. I should at some point just because I'm so close. One day! But Kate did a great job of making the night special. She's such a great host and had the most adorable decorations. Check out how cute everything was!

    And WOW that is one awesome Oscar party! Puts mine of sitting with my laptop in my face and eating Girl Scout Cookies to shame lol

    ahhh SO sorry about your credit card! That really stinks. I think you relieved your stress in the right way though :) You had some great F21 finds, and I love those Bath & Body Works candles! They're the best!

    Sorry to hear about your card being stolen, that's horrible. Such a pain to deal with.
    Love all your new goodies!! I use to be a big fan of BBW candles but since they are no longer slaktin, I don't think they are that good. Personally, I think the new ones burn faster and it drives me batty that they die out and there is still a ton of wax left.

    No!!! I am so sorry your card info was stolen. That is such a yucky feeling! BUT, you did well spending your own money! ;) Love that leopard!!! And what a fun Oscar party...and girl, if you live so close, you have to go to the actual red carpet one day!!!!

    So amazing that you live right next to the Oscars! I probably would have sat outside and just watched . . . how magical! Kate's party looked so fun, though. I watched with Matt and remained only semi-interested till the end. We had only seen two of the movies nominated: Beasts of the Southern Wild and Silver Linings Playbook, both of which were amazing!

    So much B&BW stuff! I went on a huge binge like that at Christmastime. I look good smelling stuff! Why don't you go to premiers or red carpet stuff? Can the general public even see anything? Kate threw a great party!

    Sorry to hear about your credit card ... looks like you got some good stuff from Forever 21 and Bath and Body Works. I haven't been there in forever I keep forget about their candles. I've heard a lot of good things about them.
