Angels in the Outfield

 



Last week I finally went to my first Angels game of the season. They got their butts kicked. As in it was 13-0 by the 4th. And it even started drizzling by the 5th. That's when I took off. I've been a fan of the team for my whole life, but rain and a mercy is where I draw the line. Despite all of that it was nice to get out to the park and enjoy a beer.

It always feels good to be back in Orange County.

    I love baseball, but all my teams STINK. The Mets (my all time favorite) have been terrible almost my entire life (except for the year I was born...go figure) and the Dodgers are terrible too...sigh.

    It would be so fun to get some bloggers together for a Dodgers game...thought?

    I love baseball -- the games are such a blast. Of course, I root for the Twins, and things are... Rough for us, usually.

    I don't follow baseball on TV so much, but I do love the chance to go to a game! In love with the shot of the beer glass against the baseball field as a backdrop!

    I also love going to baseball games but refuse to sit in the rain or freezing cold. We have to draw the line somewhere!! :)

    Do they ever play the padres? I love petco park. I don't love baseball, but I adore that stadium. BIRTHDAY PRESENT!

    My husband grew up in that area and he signs his name with a halo over the A just like the team. So weird. We're going to a baseball game next week--it's just minor league, but I can't wait!

    I love baseball season!!! I have no idea if the Angels are typically a good team (I follow the Mariners, but not much else), but both of our teams suck this year! Yours a little more than mine. ;)
