Beauty Favorites

I know, I know. You're shocked that a knockout like me uses any beauty products. But I admit, I don't roll outta bed looking like a million bucks. Only $999,999,999 ;)

Here are the beauty products that I swear by and could live without, but wouldn't want to.


Beauty Go-Tos


1. Urban Decay matte foundation: Cruelty-free foundation that provides great coverage. Need I say more?

2. N.Y.C. Big Bold Curl Mascara: I was given this mascara by a friend and instantly feel in love. It goes on smooth and doesn't clump and makes my lashes look long. Plus it's $5. No brainer.

3. Living Proof hair care: Thanks to Kathrin this is my newest beauty obsession. She always gets me hooked on the expensive products. It's worth the spend though if you like the textured, messy hair look.

4. Bath & Body Works Paris Amour Shimmer & Shea: I do NOT like lotion. It's a weird thing, the feeling on it on my hands drives me crazy. But this one is great because it's shimmery and smells amazing.

    haha that's so funny that you don't like lotion! I'm constantly slathering it on my hands cuz they get so dry from washing them so much!
    I want to try that foundation!! I use Make-Up Forever or Revlon Colorstay and love them both but I love Urban Decay products!

    So funny, I am putting together a post of my daily make-up routine. great minds think alike ;)

    I haven't come across anything Urban Decay I don't like. I really want to try that foundation and their BB Cream.

    I love all Urban Decay things, but they get pricey. I never thought to use NYC mascara.

    I'm the biggest Urban Decay fan - the Naked palettes? I die a little for how perfect they are.

    I don't like the feel of lotion either. I only wear it at night. I had a coworker who'd lather it on all day long and then answer phones and hand me greasy files. It creeped me out! Does this stuff absorb quickly? I'm gonna have to try that mascara too. I use a CoverGirl one now. I refuse to pay $20+ for mascara when I need a new one every month.

    Beauty faves are like my favorite topics ever. In fact, I just found an eyeliner that is my new holy grail I think--it's the Loreal Infallible 24 hr Super Slim liner (liquid with a felt tip so very easy to apply!)--I just posted a pic on instagram. LOVE IT!

    Also love the Revlon 24hr Colorstay Whipped foundation, Benefit's They're Real mascara, Loreal Infallible cream eye shadows, pretty much all Urban Decay's eyeshadows, and I could go on and on. I like the Maybelline Vivids lip colors, too--wearing Shocking Coral today.

    I wanna talk about this all day!

    I'd definitely be interested in trying that mascara, but I tend to be a bit allergic to make up - so I'm always a bit cautious on what I buy (the idea is make yourself look better, not red, puffy, and itchy right?) ;)
