Happy Monday! Last week I started my new job and I'm happy to report it went well! I am really looking forward to this position and have a great feeling about it. I strongly believe that everything happens for a reason. Last year was crazy. Getting laid off then later taking a job that made me unhappy and was so far away I had to stay in a hotel was rough, but somehow it led to the place I am now - a place that I have very high hopes will be so, so much better.
Following my exciting week was a pretty darn good weekend as well. I went to a baptism, watched the fight with friends, enjoyed the beautiful weather, treated myself to some new earrings, and tried the delish new S'more frap (go get it immediately! Starbucks has happy hour 2-5 through the 10th).
